ACL is headed by Javier F. Jimenez, he has over 20 years of real estate investment banking experience and has completed over S2.0 billion in sales, debt and equity transactions on behalf of foreign and domestic corporations, financial institutions and private real estate companies. Mr. Jimenez is a co-founder of Alternative Capital Lending. ACL’s mission is to provide the most comprehensive and specialized real estate solutions available in today’s market. Mr. Jimenez holds a Finance degree with honors from the USC Marshal School of Business. Prior to creating ACL and the Capital Companies, Mr. Jimenez served as a Vice President for Jones Lang Lasalle, a highly respected real estate company on Wall Street.

Antonio Perez Jr. (Right) is a Managing Partner for ACL. Mr. Perez has over 30 years as a mortgage banker and 15 years as a commercial banker. Mr. Perez sits on National Association Hispanic’s 501c3 National Board of Directors, help founded NAHREP Orange County and Inland Empire chapter and held the positions of President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Perez is a Board Member of the Riverside FSA Community Housing Development Organization and CAMP OC. Antonio attended Univeristy of Washington and holds a designation for DE Underwriter and LUTCF.
